Easy to place an order....would live to see how shipping and delivery turnout to be.

Liked the price point on the product I bought and it was an easy set up to pay for it. Also, like that, I get free shipping. The only downside is the wait time for the product…… I think it should be shipped a lot quicker! This is my first time ordering with your company so we’ll see! PS I never got the product I ordered… A few days after ordering I was informed that the product was out of stock until further notice. I had to order it from another company. So although the customer service was very nice and they refunded my money right away. I’ll think twice about doing business with them again.

I had not received my product and after I reached out I got an immediate response. While I'm disappointed that my product isn't available I am glad for the curtious and timely response. I will update once I receive my refund.

I was greatly disappointed that they could not fill my order but when I contacted them to complain I received a quick response and a through explanation which I greatly appreciated! The fact that they took the time to actually explain what was going on in the warehouse regarding my order made me feel respected and appreciated.
