Orders are constantly canceled either immediately or nothing is said until you email asking and then it’a mentioned the items are out of stock

Takes 14-28 business days to ship. I followed up a month after I placed my order asking for tracking information and they immediately refunded my order stating there were an issue with the supply of one of the items. If I never reached out, I doubt they would have refunded me and would have just kept my money.

My credit card was attempted frauduently shortly after my order was placed with these guys. In addition, there are no available google reviews just Supply center themselves and third party like this. I am still waiting for my order. Finally, there is no tracking option on my invoice; customers have no idea what where when about the order,. Avoid them suspicious credit card attempt within a week after them using my card and that was the only transaction we used the card for limiting the suspect list. My credit union blocked the 226.00 attempt at fraud.

I ordered some coffee on April 3. Today is April 22. I emailed asking where my shipment is, and they automatically canceled and refunded my order. They say that they don't have it in stock. How do you sell a product you don't have in stock? Also, I ordered three separate items. You expect me to believe that all three items are out of stock. No emails or calls stating they are out of stock. Nothing., So now I'm stuck without a product that I need this week. Horrible, horrible service.

If I could give it no stars I would. As a parent to a severely autistic child who’s been reliant on a specific supplement, I ordered from this website. Reluctantly, because of delivery dates. Placed an order on March 12,2025 and have yet to receive the product, and have not received a response back in regards to my email sent to check the status! But they’ve got their money, and I have no product! And their “customer service” if you can even call it that, is NON EXISTENT! Still waiting on a response! And a refund!

It’s a horrible foreign run scam!!! They NEVER mailed me my order and I have the order number. I have the email. They said it would take 4 to 6 weeks. It’s been almost 3 months. It’s a scam. They steal product pictures from other websites and put it on their fake ass website. There’s no phone number to contact and you’re completely unable to email them at info supply USA comes back bounces back as not legitimate

I placed an order on Feb 25th, I realized I didn't receive the email confirmation ( though I have the bank statement of the payment) , I sent an email to the company , I called them but I'm still waiting for an answer! I was thinking maybe it's time to say goodbye to my money ! I hope, maybe someone will have something to tell me what's going with my order!

I waited 6 weeks before I was told they couldn’t fill my order.
