That when I contacted customer service…
Following contact with customer service regarding a missing order, a full refund was issued despite an error on my part concerning delivery location (inside or outside the Tampa Bay area). This resolution, involving a significant sum, exemplifies exceptional customer service. Thank you for your assistance.

Placed an order with this company. Pricing is excellent. There was an issue with shipping, however, the customer service person ( TT) answered well within the 24 hour time frame stated on the website. In fact, it was about 20 minutes after I sent the email. They gave the explanation and offered a full refund immediately. No issues. SO EXCELLENT customer service and follow through. Simply wish the order had worked out. On the basis of the response, I'm willing to give it another go.
