I read that shipping could take a long time so I wasn't expecting fast shipping, but when it was a month and a half later and still hadn't arrived, I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and found out by trouble shooting that I had clicked local delivery for my means of shipping when I hadn't intended to do that. They graciously refunded my money and offered to expedite shipping if I wished to order the same thing right away.

TT is one of the most responsive customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is working on making my Christmas wish come true with my unique shipping situation!
