I was very satisfied with the explanation I received that the product is not currently available. I wish I had known sooner because I could have looked for another source. I assume I will see a reimbursement on my credit card??? Thank you!

She was able to help me even though I can not purchase because I don't have a large amount of products to account for the shipping price thank you

I had no sooner sent the email when I received a refund for a product I never received and a second email with an explanation of why I did not receive it. I did not expect such a quick response but I am grateful that I got it.

TT answered my inquiry about when to expect delivery the very next day after I emailed him! The explanation about the product being unobtainable from the manufacturer at the present time is true. I noticed from other websites that product was out of stock. My payment is being refunded!
