Placed my order and it was confirmed on March 4, 2025. Spent $50.94 and still have not received anything. Have not received any information from company and wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. Sucker born every day.

I placed an order for Nature by Canus Original Goat Milk Lotion and received a confirmation #4155AFVH7 but was told this product was not available and would receive refund to by checking account $46.77 (ordered 2 pump bottles) but this product has never been refunded. I ordered two bottles of Neutrogena Shampoo on 02/24/2025. I have not received them as of today, 05/05/2025. I inquired via email a few weeks ago. There has been no response. I belive this site is a scam.

placed order on 03/28/2025. have not received my order. there is no way to directly contact this company. No phone number. No way to text or email customer service. this feels like a real scam. I don't know how they received such a high rating on Trust Pilot. I am going to dispute with credit card company. today is 05/02/2025

ordered a toothpaste product TWICE and never received anything....scam company!!!

Company does not have customer service. Email contact is only offered however email address on website is no good. After 1/2 hour of searching for contact info, could find nothing. Have not received products and ordered 3/25 and today is 5/1/25.

Although it says 14-28 business days, there is 0 communication. No tracking made available. At this point I would say save your money.
