I'm very pleased with the service we got. we had actually placed an order on November 20th and it never got canceled and we never got a refund, but we never received the product and I hadn't checked my bank account cause I've been sick and found it, but I emailed them today and. They refunded it immediately 15 minutes. They had replied so we are very happy with them period sometimes stuff goes on. Backorder, and they have to cancel it.This one just got missed for some reason.But they took care of it right away period we're very happy with this company.
