Made an order in 12/24, I chose the wrong shipping area, emailed customer service after a couple weeks and was told that I chose the wrong option, was eventually refunded 1/9/25 and tried to see if I could get my small order sent outside of the Tampa Bay area, but the store usually ships in bulk and from store to store as per their website. I gave a five star review because the customer service rep (JJ) was VERY helpful and quicky responded to all of my questions! Unfortunately I was unable to get what I wanted, but I appreciated JJ, his guidance and professionalism!!

Even though they didn’t have the product I ordered, I was impressed by how quickly I received a response to my inquiry. They were not only quick, they were friendly, professional and the communication was very comprehensive in providing me with background on the product availability issue and several options to get more information on any other questions I may have in the future.

The site was easy to navigate, and the shipment arrived extremely fast
