This has been the fastest response that I’ve received from an online customer service. The response was as pretty close to instant and I received an update and refund immediately. Plus, the response was personalized. Very nice to see and really appreciated!

I received a very quick, professional, detailed response to my inquiry with all of the information I needed. The item was out of stock due to a manufacturing issue. A refund was quickly generated, and I was invited to come back in 60 days to see if the item was back in stock. If I could, I would hire this person to work for my own company. I will definitely trust Supply Center USA for future purchases.

I placed an order on January 8th. After a week of hearing nothing from Supply Center USA . I sent an email to cancel my order. JJ responded almost immediately. He looked into my order and found a supply chain issue. He processed my refund quickly. I appreciate his help. I just wonder if I had not reached out that my order just would have sat in limbo forever with no product or no refund.

While JJ could not solve the manufacturer's issue and send me the product I ordered, he provided the information I needed to understand the situation and why my order was suddenly canceled. He was very quick and responsive to my emails, gave me additional links for information to help me, and gave me suggestions for future ordering. I really appreciate the information and help he gave me, and clarification of my situation.
