J.J. Was very informative & professional,on every level. I wish there were more people like him. He went beyond the work of duty to help me with many ways to find info. I definitely will be going back to the Suppy Center website. Thank you J.J. for being so kind to help me. Warm regards, Theresa

JJ responded to my order inquiry at lightning speed! Not only did he provide useful information, but refunded my order (due to unforeseen production issues) in literally two minutes of me sending an email. Couldn't have asked for better customer service!

When I finally located a valid email address to send my request for a refund, as the product never was received, the Customer Service Representative acted promptly and my refund was applied to the card. I had not known that the products I ordered, were discontinued and needless to say, somewhat disappointed. However that is not the company's fault for the delay.
