Never received my order even though the window they give to complete the order is quite vast. No customer service phone number. After waiting over a month, I sent them an email which they say they will respond promptly but guess what, NO response. This is smelling of scam to me so I waited till the day after their delivery window lapsed and filed a claim with my credit card company. Later that night I finally get an email response (late at night on a Friday night, strange?) from a company rep named TT saying that they are going to refund my credit card which they did promptly. Perhaps they were notified by my credit card company and did not want the claim to go through. I did notice a phone number next to the transaction on my credit card statement which I called but had a very generic message with no company identification. I would stay away from this company at all costs,

Never sent my order. Still not received after more than a month. No response from my email inquiries. They provide no phone number. These people are scammers.

I ordered and paid for 210.00 of arrowhead mills...amaranth flakes cerial..I have not received the cerial. I would like the cerial or simply give me a refund

I placed an order for protein powder and received a confirmation email, but then, complete silence. Two weeks went by without any updates, so I finally reached out to Supply Center myself. Only then was I told that my order couldn’t be fulfilled due to supply issues. I get that supply chains can be unpredictable right now, but there’s no excuse for leaving customers in the dark. What if I hadn’t followed up? Would they have just kept my money without shipping anything? This kind of service is unacceptable. It was my first time ordering from this site, and definitely the last.

I placed an order on 3/8/2025 and have not received it as of 5/29/2025.

28 days since my order was placed and not shipped. Tried to cancel on the website and it starts the process but indicates order cancellation is not allowed. No acceptable communication

Canceled order without reason plus long delay.

This is the worst company I ever deal with, they put some product in their web site that they don't have it, and immediatley get your order and charge youe credit card, then after 24 hours they cancel your order, but take about 3 weeks to refund your charges.
