JJ promptly responded and solved the issue. Exhibited great personal style in the response email and offered a complete explanation of what was happening with my order (manufacturer issue) so that I could decide on my next steps. I would do business with this company again based on this 5-star level customer service experience!

I had emailed a question about a product I was interested in purchasing about it being in stock. Few months back I was given a refund because the product was out of stock and I wasn't sure if I could purchase it at another time. I was asking if it was in stock because I want to try and purchase again. The associate was answered me back (no name was left) was very thorough and told me all my options and left information that answered all questions that I had. Excellent communication and very helpful in providing me with everything I needed to know. Thank You

I placed an order with Supply Center on May 16. I understand that it may take a while for orders to be filled. But decided to cancel the order after a month, still waiting for my order. I sent an email on Friday, June 20 at 9:03 PM central time. I expected no one would get to it until sometime the following Monday or Tuesday. But no! I was wrong. While I was sleeping that night, at 3:06 AM, I actually received a response from Supply Center saying my order has been canceled and a refund had been issued!!! That was immediate! I am so impressed! And this is late Friday night/early Saturday morning! Incredible! A great company to do business with!
