Ordered the item in April 2025. Waited 28+ business days and never received the product. Contacted the company customer service but did not receive any response. Had to file a dispute with our credit card company in order to receive a refund. If you Google the company address you will find out they are under investigation by the Wyoming Attorney General. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

This company is a scam, I ordered a product from them for $48.36 and after a month it never came, with no follow-up -- they just took my money. Working on disputing the transaction now. Don't believe the positive reviews, they're all fake.

I was searching for an item and found it supposedly in stock at Supply Center USA. After seeing the company’s good reviews at Trustpilot I placed an order for the item. Unfortunately I didn’t check the bad reviews because the same thing happened to me as has for many. After placing the order my credit card was charged right away which I didn’t notice until I began to wonder if my order had been shipped. When I saw the charge, I emailed S C USA asking shipping info, tracking number, etc. The only plus for this company is that they did respond the next day saying there were supply issues, the order would be cancelled, I would receive a refund, and the refund is pending on my credit card account. So what if I hadn’t contacted them? I won’t be shopping at S C USA again!

I wish there were an option for -5 stars because this company has truly earned this rating. I placed an order on 5/11, and on 5/12, I received a notice that I had canceled the order, which I had not. To date, 6/1, they have not refunded my payment, and they do not respond to emails. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Never processed/shipped order. (Ordered in April) Website has a button to cancel order, asks reason for cancellation, then states they don't accept cancellations. Total Scam!!!
