Thank you for responding to my email. I appreciate you. You are an excellent customer service representative. You took action immediately after finding out that the shipping warehouse could not fulfill my order. You had my order canceled and issued a refunded for my order immediately. That is excellent customer service. Thank you for all of the additional information that you have given me also. Today, I ordered this product from a different supplier. I will receive this product soon. You have a wonderful and blessed day. May God bless you.

My experience with the Customer Service Representative was excellent! He responded quickly and gave me the update requested. As my order was backordered and had to be refunded (which I received - thank you!), I just wish I had been informed of this instead of waiting extra time and having to reach out. The ordering process was easy and I appreciated the discount with my order, even if it didn't work out in the end.
