I went to the website to check my delivery status and was surprised to find the main page showing an error. I tried emailing, but the delivery was rejected. They don't have a phone number, and I don't know if my order is still valid or if I've lost my money.

I placed an order on 6/22 and today I randomly decided to check the tracking since I had not received any emails after purchasing. The website no longer exists. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the transaction. THIS IS A SCAM SITE. DO NOT ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO.

I placed an order for a leave-in hair conditioner early in June. I was told it would take 14-28 days for my item to arrive. A couple of days ago, I wanted to contact Supply Center to confirm the status of my purchase. However, their website is down and none of their previous links are working. There is no way for me to get a refund. Absolutely unprofessional.

I placed an order June 16 & have not received it. The web page says it no longer exists. I need to talk to someone but I do not have a number. Will someone please text me the customer service number? 731.798-8590

I ordered my package on April 11, 2025 and still haven’t received it yet. No correspondence from them at all. I don’t trust site now. I’ve been waiting almost 3 months! I would like a refund or my product.

Never shipped my order after 2 months and will not refund my money. Had to resort to a charge back. STAY AWAY

I ordered Similisan eye drops, a hard to find product, which Supply Center USA had listed at a low price on 4/21/25. I was emailed an order confirmation which promised delivery in 14-28 days. After that email, I received no additional notifications of any kind. On 6/02/25, about 5 weeks after I had ordered, I emailed them regarding their failure to deliver my order as promised and asked for an answer within 48 hours or I would contact my credit card company and begin a dispute of charges and threatened to leave very negative reviews with any online business reviewers. They finally contacted me after that deadline and gave a very lame excuse about 'warehouse issues' and that they were 'reaching out' to the manufacturer for restocking dates. Finally they gave me a full refund. If I hadn't contacted them, I doubt they would've ever given me a refund. Sure, they refunded my purchase, but I had to work for it. They never, even once during the long period of waiting for my order, updated me on the status of my order. My impression: they were hoping that I'd forget about my order and let them keep the money. AND, after I had finally gotten a response and commitment to refund, their customer service rep wanted me to review him...nope, no thanks buddy; I'll only have bad things to write. So, beware of Supply Center USA folks. Even though they have a lot of positive reviews, if you order from them, be vigilant, keep a record of your transaction and communications with them. And if you don't get what you've paid for in the time they promised, contact your credit card company for help. Remember, your card company is a heck of a lot bigger then they are and you can get a chargeback issued to refund what you paid
