Unfortunately, the item I ordered was unavailable. I sent an email to request a shipping number and within 5 minutes they got back to me stating that the item was unavailable and they were refunding my payment. Very fast response with a resolution. The product I ordered is very hard to find and I didn't really expect to get it in the first place so this resolution is just fine with me. Thank you for your help!

Considerably lower price

I have been using Naturally Fresh for years. I used to be able to buy it at a store, but now when I get it, I order enough to last a while. It works great and it is very reasonable.

Very speedy reply to my email as well as other links for additional information. Still very disappointed that I won't be receiving the product I ordered 3 wks ago & that it took me reaching out to discover they could not fill my order. I have extremely dry mouth from having thyroid cancer and having to take a radioactive pill that destroyed my saliva glands and this is the only toothpaste that doesn’t burn my tongue.
