A complete scam. I put in an order and I received a confirmation email. The link to my order, the "contact us here" link, and the "visit our store" links all give me a "link no longer available" pop-up.

Company took my money and is now non-existent. Disputing the charge. Stay away

I order on 6/23/25 and no follow up or shipping info. Went to contact them and the site no longer exist and no way to contact them for a refund. Complete SCAM!

Same experience as previous reviewers. Got an email 21 days ago with confirmation that order was placed, nothing else since. None of the links work, they all say "The link you followed is no longer available."

Same experience as others who commented within the last several days. I placed an order 5 days ago. Credit card was immediately charged. Received a confirmation email showing an "order received" status with order number. Checked status daily on their website; never changed. As of yesterday, however, their website has disappeared, customer service contact (email) is undeliverable, no phone contact available, no follow-up shipping email, and no product received. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company; dispute was resolved in my favor.

No notification since charged for order on 6/12/25. Now July 3rd and no product delivered and no follow-up email other than initial order confirmation. The website has disappeared. Contact links do not work. Just disputed the $115.88 charge with my credit card company for several bottles of specialized shampoo and conditioner.

Ordered a cheap protein powder and now checking the tracking info, the website no longer exists and none of the links are valid. There is no way to contact them for a refund and the only way is through email where it seems is invalid as well. DO NOT SHARE ANY INFO.
