The razor was really useless mirrored by the customer service
The razor was really useless, not an exageration, I was so excited to get this and didnt mind the investment but it could not even cut a single hair. Then to make matters worse, the customer service were insulting, arrogant and useless. Despite their facebook ads and website saying "guarantee" "warranty" constantly - this was nothing more than a thinly veiled scam. Card chargeback incoming. I would avoid this company and its products. Edited from 1 star to 3 star after refund received
