Had the vitiamin in the brand I wanted. It was shipped quickly, but since it was close to Christmas took a few days extra before the order was received.

I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend them.

My first time purchasing from this company and the product offerings were very good and delivery was quick.

It took them almost 2 weeks to discover that the item I ordered was not in stock and would not be shipped. According to the website, item would ship once payment verified. My credit card was processed and almost 2 weeks later I received an email stating they didn't have the item and I would be receiving a refund. Two stars for advertising something not available and for taking 2 weeks to notify me I wouldn't be receiving it.

My package was sent back in error as a mistake by the postal service. Supplement Central not only helped, but when they got it back they mailed it back to be at no charge. By the president of the company! No that is great customer service.. Thanks to James and all his staff that helped.

I have ordered from here many times and have never had a problem. But this time the dropdowns weren't working properly in order for me to choose the flavor I wanted and then after my order, they were out of my chosen flavor so I had to try another. I ordered on Black Friday so I understand they were busy but it took almost two weeks to ship my order. (maybe because they were out of my flavor) Overall, things will be fine and I will order from them again. Hopefully it'll go back to smooth sailing after the holidays.

As i live in a way far contry, I usually get my orders within the predicted time. Sometimes I dont trust in buying things from web, but supplement central always did it right and on time. Just to let you know, Im from Brazil. Regards

The shipping date was rescheduled 3 times and resulted in delivery being five or six days late. This caused me to have to buy one of the products I ordered at a local store. When I expressed my dissatisfaction in an email, so far I have been completely ignored. Not even responding to a long time loyal customer is absolutely unacceptable. If I do not receive an answer to my complaint I very well may not be a future customer of SC.
