You’re absolutely right that your order delay is frustrating - the protein you ordered unfortunately ran out of stock, which caused a fulfillment hold. We do send out notifications when products go out of stock, so if you didn’t receive one, we sincerely apologize - that is definitely not the experience we aim to provide. The good news is that the protein is expected to be back in stock by the end of this week, and your order will be fulfilled as soon as it becomes available. We completely understand your concerns, especially when running a business, and we’re working hard behind the scenes to prevent these stock issues from impacting our users moving forward.
