All car washes came to a halt because for some reason cars were stuck inside the car wash. All the employees told us was to leave and come back later.. went back later and this time, there were no clean towels! Very disappointed

I’ve only gone there twice in the past 6 months or so (W VALENCIA Rd) most recently last week. Both washes were disappointing, the staff are friendly but don’t pay attention to detail and generally do a poor job on both the vehicle exterior & interior. I only go to superstar when I haven’t had time to wash the vehicle myself and can no longer stand driving it so dirty. I really try to avoid washing my vehicle there.

Today was my first visit to Super Star Car Wash and it will be my last. I have a small SUV and the car wash itself was fine. On leaving I asked if the back area was vacuumed and was told it was. Didn't check, I trusted them. It wasn't. I don't like being lied to, won't ever go back.
