Absolute scam
Absolute scam! No response or delivery of the product after payment. Ads are misleading. They should be removed from social media platforms.

Hi Oliver, Sourabh from SuperProfile here. I looked into your account. You were charged once, $4.99 on Feb 19, when you started the Creator Plan. The renewal one month later didn't go through, and the subscription was automatically cancelled. There are no future charges, and there have been none beyond that first one. You might have received repeated emails because of Stripe retrying that failed renewal. There have not been any new charges to your card. In case, your bank statement shows anything different from this, please email me at [email protected] and I'll look into it. Sourabh SuperProfile

Hi Neel, Sourabh from SuperProfile here. Paying for a product and receiving an empty folder is not acceptable, and we will make this right. If a creator on SuperProfile delivers nothing or delivers junk, we refund the buyer in full and act on the creator's account under our terms. Please email [email protected] mentioning the email you paid with, the order ID from your confirmation, and the creator's product link. I'll personally see your refund through, and we'll investigate the creator. Sourabh SuperProfile
