Support is bad, like really bad. My account manager reached out to discuss my account, didnt show up and then when i contacted, said he is not well. I wasted my 30 mins. This is not the only and first occurence of how bad the support is. You'd be better off working with another vendor that charges more. Avoid them at all cost,
