Their API to report creator is not working. Throwing 404 - Not found error. THere is no support page for end user. And there are plenty of fraud scammers posing as content creators and selling their stuff in telegram.

Not for creators in abroad. Lack of features and flexibility, no payment method options. Their team has no flexibility to change anything enough. Also u cant delete ur account as well. If need to change something u need to open another account. Thanks, not worth at all and definitely not worthy in long term too.

This company ( a person called Khushi) contacted me today again after my last review published on 09th May on this platform. Basically they wanted to know why I stopped subscription payments! Its a scam company and I think they're posting fake positive reviews also now. My first sale amount is still withheld by them. Shame on you.

Platform is good but not proper seller verification some scammer use this platform for scam mony I am personally scam with this link zepix.io So its need to improve his sellers verification properly and insure its delivered properly or scam with people who trusted superprofile bio platform!!!!!

I bought their product and after the payment it arrived on my email but when i tried to download it, Its leading me to a dead end. This is a scam.

Its a scam guys. I could not connect my Instagram and I had already been charged. I wrote to them and they mentioned they were not working in my country. I askd them to cancel the service because I had no means of canceling from the "dashboard". They promised they would. Then guess what? they charged me again. I wrote to them and they confirmed they had cancelled. Right after that email. they are still making attempts to charge me. On a daily basis. I have had to blcok my bank card. Status update: 1. Further attempts to charge has discontinued. 2. I received an email from the Super profile team and they made a refund of the unautgorized debit that happened 5 weeks earlier. Many thanks.

Mahasarkariyojana: This feels like a complete fraud and extremely unprofessional service. I renewed my plan on 05-05-2026, ₹499 payment was successfully auto deducted, but my automation services (Auto Reply & Auto DM) stopped working completely for the last 3 days. Even after renewal, 2 days have passed without any proper resolution. Support tickets are being auto-closed instantly without fixing the issue, and there is no real customer support available. This has directly affected my business and caused loss of customer engagement. Taking payment while keeping the service inactive and ignoring customer issues is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be careful before purchasing this service.
