Order mix-up
After a mix up in shipping my order, the manager cleared it up within about a week. I love the product, especially the value and quality! Now I have more ideas than what I have time for, but that is a good thing!

planter pot was delivered broken
one pot was delivered broken, shipping box was in good shape so packaging was inadequate to protect contents. Returns/refunds email has gone unanswered.

Amazing customer service
I was a first time customer with many questions after viewing the website, however after sending an email with my inquiry to the customer service help desk I was responded very quickly by a very helpful employee named Samantha! I love the way my garden looks now thanks to my purchases, and I would recommend SuperMoss to anybody looking to spruce up their home!
