We are a small business that ordered several snack items for our new store. There were a few items we ordered because the description on their site said "Refrigerate after opening", which would mean it would not have to be refrigerated until it was opened. When we got them they came with a note that said they are only good without refrigeration for 15 days, meaning we would have to refrigerate them in store, which we cannot do. We would not have ordered these items had we known. I have sent several emails and received no response. I have called the phone number on the site three times and only one time did someone answer and when I asked if it was Supermarket Italy she hung up. I was on live chat for over two hours. The person told me to return them but when I asked if the cost of shipping would be refunded as it was not our mistake but theirs because of incorrect description, I received no response. I also wanted an invoice which apparently is not possible because no one will even acknowledge that I asked for it. The live chat was never ended but they stopped responding.

Everything is securely wrapped in bubble wrap and many times they are packed in smaller boxes within the larger box. It really is such a pleasure to receive their shipment.
