I generally purchase the cheese wraps. It would be great if they offered more flavors for individual purchase. shipping is quick, rate is fair.

I made a purchase of some really nice grilled marinated artichokes. They were great. Then, made another purchase for several more, as we liked them very much. I ordered 20. Not one came in the second order. I was very disappointed. The rest of the order was fine. I tried a few new things. My friend, Jonas, really liked the mocha, espresso chocolate filled wafer mini cone cookies. The resistant maltodextrin was a bargain and so were the capers. I find the rewards hard to use. They are not automatically deducted and have to get a code in your email to enter when checking out. The pay app they use, Shop, never gave me the opportunity to enter the code. Now, I have a code for $50 in rewards that I am not sure when I will use because I just stocked up on my usual purchases. Been shopping here for things not available to me in the New Orleans area. Supermarket Italy carries my favorite balsamic vinegar. So, I am a regular customer.

Love stuff I get mostly Italian, tuna, mix max, toffee licorice omg, blood orange juice , Italian soda chinotto omg plasmon only Italian mothers know about that , any way 4 stars because I bought three boxes of cannolis and spent $300 on other stuff and the cannolis was still and I had to throw them out and all the ricotta and chocolate chips fresh lemon zest from organic lemons all in the garbage cuz they were stale they tasted like paper but it's okay I'll still get stuff from the stores probably just the mistake whatever but I should get my money back for those but I don't know whatever's I'm just grateful I could get stuff like that sent down here to Florida because I like smarter options of food rather than garbage Doritos and government junk food that they try to feed us poison fake color only real color should be in this country or any country

adequate prices, quality products

Shipments arrived when promised(2weeks). Some items did not arrive with the shipment. I emailed each day for three days and got a response on the third day with a simultaneous message left on the website directly. I received two courteous responses. I assume I reached two different departments. One rep said they were sending the missing products to me except an item that was now out of stock and the other rep gave me a refund because I disputed it on my credit card probably. We enjoyed the products that were shipped and we were probably just a little anxious over the missing items and the delayed response but it’s understandable with the pandemic situation. We will use the service again.
