As a dedicated customer of this company since 2015, I've invested significantly in their products, only to witness a troubling decline in quality and customer service, particularly post-COVID-19 pandemic. My experience with the Euro PU units, which are among their premium offerings, has been notably disappointing. The hair quality is markedly inferior, leading to significant shedding and bald patches in as little as one to two months. My concerns extend beyond mere density issues. The European hair quality of these units is alarmingly poor, a stark contrast to what one would expect for their price. I've experienced disproportionate density in the crown area, resulting in an unnatural, mushroom-like appearance that is resistant to styling. The hairline is uneven, and the texture becomes unmanageably puffy and dry after any activity, demanding excessive styling time and products to maintain a semblance of normalcy. The company's response to these issues exacerbates my frustration. Their return policy lacks assurance of a refund, which is particularly disconcerting given the product's defects and high cost. My attempts to communicate these issues, despite my professional background as an experienced hairstylist, were met with dismissive and patronizing attitudes. Instead of addressing the problem, they offered a paltry $20 compensation for a unit costing around $300, which is unacceptable. My negative experiences are not isolated incidents. I recall a previous encounter 3 years ago with this SAME representative, possibly the owner's son, where he was equally uncooperative. When I received a unit so hair density so thin it was practically see-through, my attempts to return it, despite providing photographic evidence and not using the product at all,tags still on, were met with denial and baseless excuses. This pattern of poor quality, unsatisfactory customer service, and a lack of accountability leads me to advise against using this company. Their apparent disregard for customer satisfaction, transparent communication, and ethical business practices is a major concern. I've since moved to a company with a satisfaction guarantee and encourage others to seek providers who value customer experience and offer reliable refund or exchange policies. It's crucial for potential customers to be aware of these issues, especially given the tendency for negative reviews to be seemingly suppressed or ignored by the company. Update: Seems they are making efforts to get rid of my review - I just submitted information verifying the information to make this reviewl valid. What I find suspicious is these new POSTIVE reviews all say the same thing, just "spun" to sound different. I think those should be validated.

I have been their client since 2015 and they are the best with their service and their prices of their products…never had to complain about anything i purchase from them and they always been very helpful and excellent staff and they help me choose the right product that suits on me and will always go to them for my hair systems.
