The Johnson Creek, Clackamas, Oregon, location is a complete management disaster. Over the past years I have been friendly, patient, a good tipper, on time, and do not complain. But today was my last visit: no acknowledgement, no appreciation for loyalty, no urgency on staff part to be on time, clean stations, etc. The establishment is never busy, the employees just wander around aimlessly. This is not sustainable and I will not be supportive anymore.

I had an appointment that I secured online at their website and when I got to the store it was closed. Another person showed up who had an appointment and had no idea the store was closed. The website said the store was open so obviously the store wasn’t paying any attention to appointments or contacting people that the appointment was canceled.

Arrived at location at opening and checked in as requested. Upon check in two stylists were available. I was promptly bypassed for service for a friend of the stylist (Tonya) at the West Republic Rd. location in Springfield, MO. Appts are not available at this time so regardless of when you arrive Tonya gets to pick and choose without explanation who goes first.

I made an appointment to have my roots retouched. Instead the operator put bleach throughout my hair and no roots were done. After much discussion, I was told they would rectify this situation. They NEVER got back to me to schedule this although I talked several times to managers at the store, (Cicero, NY and Camillus, NY), and they told me they would get back to me! Never did! I am so disappointed by these stores, they literally lied to me. I will never go back! And will let others know of their deceit.

My elderly mom had an appointment at 12noon today with Sherry. We arrived at 1159am, and proceeded to wait until 1215pm begore asking how much longer it would be and the response was " Sherry is out back cleaning and will be with you shortly." At 1230pm, I made a 1245pm appointment online with another salon just down the road and we proceeded to leave. It was at this point my mom was told that Sherry was just about to come and get her. No apologies, no explanation. No thanks. Will never be back. It's a terrible way to treat your customer. read

Called at 02:10 PM and got 02:30 PM appointment. When I arrived at super cut got to know that 3 more persons are waiting for 02:30 appointment. What a waste of time at Supercuts. It is an unprofessional saloon in west Cary area.

Went in with no appointment the lady told me to put my info in and come back in 1:45 mins. When I got back and walked in I was told “we’re actually closed” I will never waste my time with this place what a way to make a first impression. You didn’t gain a customer and definitely lost one.

I WAS TOLD I WAS GETTING A 20.00 CK AND FREE 3 I THINK OF HAIRCUTS WHICH I DIDNT GET ANY AND ALLY THE DM DIDNT RETURN MY CALLS AND THE MANAGER WHO TEXTED NOT EVEN RESPECTFULLY CALLED ME PICTRD ME THE STORY I WROTE BEFORE THIS ORDEAL THE NICE REVIEW I HAD LEFT IS SHE 10 YRS OLD AND I LVM AND SHE NEVER CALLED BACK AND I DIDNT GET NADA WHY IS THIS REGIS ISNT TRUE AND PROFESSIONAL TO CUSTOMERS AND STYLISTS BAD AND TREAT CUSTOMERS BADLY AND WRONG AND DONT LISTEN AND TEXT WHILE HAIRCUTTIN AND THIS IS WHERE HCS ARE CROOKED AND WRONG AND COMPLAINTS ARE MADE AND THEN MNGRS GET MAD AT YOU WHEN REPORTED WELL HOW WOULD THEY FEEL IF IT WAS THEM OR THEIR FAMILIES HEADS AND NO CKS OR FREE COUPONS AS PROMISED IS THIS HOW U TREAT US??????
