Worst hair cuts ever. I have been to supercuts 4 times.. all at different locations and i have had the worst experience every single time.

I will Never use Supercuts again. I checked in online for the Cloverdale ocation and it gave me an estimated time. When I showed up I was put on a so called list and I waited 40 minutes without being called. I finally left without a haircut. Unprofessional and no customer service. I would give them no stars but the system will not let me.

I have been going to the Ealing branch for a couple of years and had no issue. Until today, I asked for just my roots to be blended into my balayage which had been done a few months before. I know have a completely different colour and my blonde has been faded out. She added layers and now my already thinner hair after pregnancy looks even thinner and unmanageable! Totally regret going at all to feel a bit better and just cover my greys. Which the stylist kept making little jokes about how she can still tell which hairs were grey! She then persuaded me to buy some shampoo and conditioner and I stupidly said yes. Then came back with receipt 10 minutes later and asked for a simple refund. The curly haired manager flats refused and said it’s against company policy! So leaving rather annoyed, I called back asking for head office number to complain. She gave me a random mobile number and no one picked up for ages. Then some rude woman answered saying they don’t refund products as people are ‘naughty’ and change then for cheaper shampoo! As if I had the time to do that!! She said ok you can get a refund, if you go back to the shop in 15 minutes! Unbelievable to even give a time limit like that! 30 days is the limit for gods sake. I will NEVER go back here again. I am now left with a hairstyle I hate and a random colour I didn’t want. My hair will grow but please believe me if you want to come out of the salon feeling happy and confident DO NOT go here. I’d rather pay more money to get a better outcome. I have learnt my lesson. Shocking service and the manager(who refused to tell me her name) trying to break the law by ignoring customer rights.

My hair was completely damaged by the manager doing my highlights. Called today to complain because it is so dried out and the highlights are done terribly. I told her what color she used because she showed me and she denied it tried to tell me I was so happy with how it looked and that there was nothing she could do. I have gone there for 2 years but my normal gal went out on medical leave but we all know what that means. I am so disappointed in the response I got. She manipulated the conversation and the hair cut was terrible too, not what I wanted. It will take me months to grow this out. I have thin hair as it is and she made it so brassy, I wanted it brown with just a few highlights.

Just wow, they made me wait for an hour to say they couldnt use a trimmer for my hair. What a joke, Theyre rookies didnt have a clue what they were doing. Dont waste your money especially your time

Asked for a aline Bob got something different. The stylist didn't understand my request. I wanted a reverse Bob long in the front but she cut a normal Bob. When I asked it to be shortened at the back I was shouted at and told stop wasting my time. I apologized and asked for it to be shortened at the back. I was told I will be double charged if they have to blow dry again. Was very upset and in tears. Avoid at any cost , Supercuts Westfield Stratford. I got charged extra 6 pounds for 2 shots of miracle morph whatever that was. I was not told about it before.
