Uneven and choppy - and not in a good way. I got my hair cut at the Supercuts in Westfield, Stratford. The woman cutting my hair was very nice, very pleasant. Unfortunately, the haircut is just awful. To be fair, I have difficult hair - it's wavy and I have some cowlicks that stick up no matter what. I told her not to worry about the cowlicks, all I wanted was just to make my hair a bit more even and manageable. But she kept chipping at the different sections, and as a result my haircut is very uneven- there are sections that it is several centimetres shorter than other sections, and the whole reason I went in was because I wanted to even it up and make it manageable. Now it sticks up everywhere it is not supposed to. The worst part is because this is such a bad job, the cowlicks will be even more pronounced as it grows out. I got my hair cut cos I didn't want to spend the next three weeks wearing hair scarves waiting for the uneven bits to grow out a bit more. Now I'll spend at least the next two months wearing scarves. Again, she was really nice, and I'm sure she was doing her best. And I know my hair is difficult with the cowlicks and the waves. I understand cutting hair with strong cowlicks and waves can be difficult. But I'd have rather she just said 'look, I don't know how to cut this kind of hair' instead of continuing to cut when she didn't know how to fix it. If she had just said that, I'd have happily rated Supercuts a high rating for the honesty and gone to another place.

Do not go to Kaylee in Bradburn Village in Westminster unless you want someone who barely puts in any effort and who desperately needs remedial training. Even my five year old said she didn't shampoo her hair like we do at home, like scrubbing the scalp. She was right, too, because I also got a shampoo/conditioner treatment and she barely touched my hair, didn't work the shampoo through to the back, didn't use any pressure with her fingertips, and barely held my hair while she cut it. I had to keep correcting her uneven cuts when she was working on my kid, but I stopped only because she was cutting too much off of her length. With my cut she jacked it all up and so now we both have to go back to get our cuts corrected. This is the first time I even had a problem with this location. If Kaylee doesn't want to touch her clients, there are plenty of other professions to go into.

I just about started to work at Supercuts! It was horrific! I've worked every aspect of the industry n was dumbfounded at what I saw. These people are trained in their own training center and the technical errors were massive! Pls! No one go there! This place brings shame to the industry!

The hairdresser couldn't manage to follow simple directions. I wanted same haircut only much shorter as I hadn't had a haircut in months. She barely cut any off when I told her it wasn't short enough she complained if she cut the side she would have to cut the back shorter too and she had another customer waiting. She ended up giving me a butcher job. I specifically said I wanted to be able to tuck my hair behind my ears.my hair hangs in my face now and I can't do anything with it. That's the last time I go to a place like that.

Hatchet job, dry cut but they didn't dampen hair or even comb it, just immediately hacked it off. Left knowing it was a state but didn't want to risk losing any more length. Never tried such a place before, certainly won't again. DON'T GO NEAR IT UNLESS YOU HATE HAVING STRAIGHT CUT HAIR.

The person who cut my hair had such bad body odor I wretched when I left to my car. I feel sick just thinking about it. I will never step foot into one of these places again.

Very bad customer service i been in west orchard coventry salon and lady was so rude i got my daughter 8 and 6 to cut there hair but she was so unfriendly with even little girls may b she was having bad day but u cannot treat ur customer like that she agreed to wash nd cut and dry but at the end when she cut my little ones hair she refuse to dry as she said its gona b closing time and she need to pick up her daughter but i cant take my daughter with wet hair was so cold and she said u can dry urself dryer is there and she charge me full ... what ever i was telling her but was ignoring me i dnt like her behaviour with my little girls that lady should give a sack never recommend to any1 really bad experience super cut ...

The lady I asked to cut my hair refused to do what I asked and disregarded everything I said. She practically made up her own style and was EXTREMELY rude. They hire inexperienced people who have no clue what they're doing. She also thinned my hair when I specifically said I wanted it full and fluffy. It wasnt that hard.
