I arrived at 10:40 for a haircut. I was the only one waiting. The stylist just finished cutting a girls hair. I know because she asked how it looked and spun her chair around so she could see the back. Then the stylist asked me for my phone number and said, "I have an appointment at 11am and you will have to wait". I asked why and she said she had to blow dry this girls hair first. I looked at the time...10:43. THEN SHE SAID THERE WAS ANOTHER PERSON COMING IN AT 11AM AND SHE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THEM AS WELL BEFORE ME. HUH? She can not blow dry her hair and cut mine in 17 minutes? Ha! That is BS. I have never been in the chair longer than 10 minutes. If these guys are gonna take appointments then they need to have more than one person cutting hair. I WILL FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO FROM NOW ON.

Unless you want your hair to be cut to shoulder-leght, don't go to Supercuts, because they will cut it to your shoulder no matter if you want that or not. I went there for a trim and wanted no more than 2 inches being taken. The hairdresser kept pushing his opinion on me that he needed to remove more of the lenght and ended up cutting off around 7 inches. Hairdressers around the world, please please please just listen to what people want without arguing about it for 10 minutes until they give in and allow you to massacre their hair. Also, the pricing system is very non-straightforward. They say it costs £22 for a wet cut and blowdry, but then make you pay £33 if your hair is long. But that only applies to women for some reason, and the gents haircut doesn't change price based on the length of hair so my long-haired partner got it cheaper for the exact same service. For the money I paid, I could have gone to an actual hairdressers. I want to avoid going there again because next time they'll probably just decide to shave my head off completely.

Will never go back. Worst haircut ever. Had to get my first cut fixed because of a choppy job and the fixed cut is no better than the first one, just a lot shorter. I wanted bangs, didn't get them, didn't want a straight line cut, ended up with that. Does anyone in this place know what they are doing?

I visited Supercuts in Woking Peacocks Centre. Will never return. The lady butchered my hair. We had no communication. She was not very fluent in English. She started out by first boiling then freezing my scalp without any consultation. Then she hurt my scalp by trying to comb my hair. I am not very sensitive generally it’s difficult to hurt me that way. I felt I should have walked out after the wash but I didn’t want to be rude so I decided to stick it through. Sometimes it seems worth it to keep your fingers crossed, hope you have a decent haircut and save £20-30 or more by not going to a proper salon. This was the last time I ever decided to have my haircut at supercuts. Upsetting but It’s ok, the hair will grow back but really, every hairdresser should know that communication is as important as your skill to cut hair( which the lady didn’t really have anyway in my opinion) Bless her, she seemed lovely but just not a hairdresser.

I would give this review 0 stars if Trustpilot had that setting. Every aspect of my Supercuts visit was dreadful. I walked into Supercuts on a Saturday, 40 minutes before closing time, with a MAGA hat on. I promptly took off the hat upon entering as a matter of courtesy, and brought no attention to it. One of the barbers told me they were already booked until closing time, so I couldn't get a haircut (which is fine). On the following Sunday, I walked into Supercuts 40 minutes before closing time with the same MAGA hat on and again took the hat off when I entered. Nobody acknowledged that I had walked in, as they usually do, and when I approached the front desk where a barber was filing paperwork, she said nothing and didn't make any eye contact, instead handing me the sign-in clipboard with her eyes down. After signing in and sitting down, I witnessed another person walk in to Supercuts, and they were immediately told the wait was 35 minutes so their hair could not be cut. I left briefly to check the wait at GreatClips around the corner and came back when it was longer than Supercuts. When I walked back in, the main barber (I can't remember her name) told me I wasn't allowed to leave if I was on the sign-in sheet, or I would be taken off the list. About 15 minutes had passed before I got a haircut, meaning the wait was definitely not 35 minutes for the next person (there were three barbers). The grumpy lead barber called my name and instructed me to sit down and take off my glasses, interrupting me when I asked "How are you?" and other polite greetings. She was impatient with me when I was deciding how long I wanted my hair. I told her a "5" on the sides and back and an inch and a half or so on the top. She did the whole haircut in about 2 minutes, hurting my head severely with the razor. I thought I might bleed around the edges of my face since I have acne. Without my glasses on, I couldn't tell until the end that she cut my top hair as short as the sides and back. She didn't wait for me to approve the haircut, just let me up and conversed with another barber while I walked to the counter and had to pay $19 for the worst haircut I've ever gotten. I have no idea if wearing a MAGA hat affected my experience, but I didn't see anybody else rushed or get a bad haircut while I waited. Regardless, I'm never going to SuperCuts again.

DON'T GO TO THIS SUPERCUTS. We went there yesterday, March 18, 2019, to get my husband's hair ONLY trimmed. She not only DID NOT LISTEN but the stylist also used a trimmer instead of scissors to cut his hair, made it the shortest possible length, and trimmed EXTRA UNNECESSARY hair. After she finished using the machine, she told us that she never cuts mens hair, it was already TOO LATE to even change the hairstyle. His hair is a absolute mess. He was upset and angry on his way home because she couldn't even cut straight lines. Since yesterday, he's been wearing a hat to hide the hideous mess. Tomorrow, we have an appointment with another barber in a different establishment to fix the mess, she made. We will not be going back there EVER nor recommend it to anyone.

KINGSTON I've been left disappointed by the lack of clear pricing.... upon starting the lady told me the price for the cut I wanted was £27 which I thought included a blow dry.... In the big pricing poster the price for all that was about £25 so I thought they might have put their prices a bit up.... After a quick wash we had to leave because there was a drill so I had to wait 30 min outside ( I have to say they warned me about the drill but I choose to go ahead anyway) so I got back very cold and she cut my hair... after that she told me if the cut was ok and It was... then she moved me to the till.... I thought she might have misunderstood and I started asking about drying my hair and she said it was the policy and she did all she could but without charging extra £7 she could not dry my hair... I mean come on she knew I waited in the cold for 30 min!! I l asked about the pricing on the poster and she said they were the men's pricing.... they really need to be more clear about the pricing!! Also for what I know blow dry is for styling the hair but just drying them really doesn't cost anything!! Very disappointed!
