Super Bummed with my haircut. Brought in a picture of style/cut. Stylist was nice, but could not figure out the cut. Called two days later, hoping she could fix the 1st attempt, but it isn't even close. Will not ever go to "Super" Cuts or any Regis owned mega chains again.

Needing to find a new stylist I went to the Supercuts in San Marcos I have always had good results with them. Today I felt like I got the worst service with Vanessa. Just because I wear my hair short, it’s not a boy/man haircut; first time ever she was done with me in 20 minutes at the most. Not even a good morning, all she said the whole time was 1) called my name 2) what are we doing today 3) how does that feel 4) want to see the back

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR, I WOULD! THEY BUTCHERED UP MY DAUGHTER'S HAIR! A 5-YEAR-OLD COULD HAVE DONE BETTER! Even a budget hair salon should have competent people and standards - GUESS WE WERE WRONG! There is NO WAY to fix this mess! STAY-AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a customer for years in this store at North Andover. Usually I go there for cut, simple blow and simple wash. They charge me around $30.00(current price) plus tips. Today they suddenly charged me $39.00 plus tips with the same service. I asked them the price increases again? they told to me since they cut longer than usual time(exact same service: cut, simple blow and simple wash as before). I were shocked. I check their prices both online and on store price list. None of these kind of service and extra charge. The over time charge should be on the table instead of giving customers surprise!!! the stylist said maybe we chatted longer(I know this stylist and use her for years.) As usually since we know each other, we always talk when she cut for me . Thought I will use this stylist , I will warn them/her next time, just service without chatting and talking during her service. This is the first time I heard . have you heard this ? I want to know if you hire a slow stylist with the same service, customers will get more charge? be careful about their hidden charge thanks roseanne

I’ve been to Supercuts in Nottingham and both times I was utterly shocked by the horrendous service. First time round the lady stood next to me typing away on her phone for maybe 5 or 6 minutes with no explanation or apology when I questioned it. The second time (stupid me for going back) I waited almost 40 minutes because they served 2 people who walked in after me before me because they were clearly family. Totally totally unacceptable. The haircut was average at best & I’m in total disbelief at how rude & obnoxious some people can be. I wouldn’t even given them 1 star. Don’t go here.

I went for a haircut today. The barber literally took 5 minutes on my hair. My mother found that she didn't fully shave my neck and the sides were hideous, she had to redo it. The cut was mediocre and no care was taken to make it look good. This being said the barber was polite and asked me about my day... something you'd expect for 17+$. The value of the haircuts at supercuts should be less than 10 $. If you want to charge a premium, give customers something to pay for. A 17$ haircut should be professionally done, stylish, and take at least 15 minutes.

Supercuts reading - not even worth 1 start but can’t give less!! Charged full adults price for a child’s hair cut. Was told it was because she had long hair. Her hair is straight and 1 length. 4 inches required to be cut off with a wash and dry!! Charged me full cost of an adult when child’s prices for a cut are advertised “from” £9.95 so if the “from” price is used it cost £20 to dry a child’s hair!! Miss advertised and staff are so rude. Asked for the email address of the franchise owner and shock horror it was wrong. The other hair cut for a 11 year old was not even cut correctly!! The hair is thick and not a section cut in sight! Could have done it myself

i like the back shaved but the rest cut girly said do u want sides done i agreed thinking it was just maybe just getting rid of strays and once she started shaving i couldnt stop her as now the other side needed doing when i got home i went to style it myself as she took no time to do this it was uneven and she had basically cut the top to short to style she had given me a mans cat now i have to go else where to get it fixed not sure how they will fix it though
