I want to give a zero score. The dresser was soooo rude. She pushed the trimmer on my head with so much force that it cud almost injure me. I cudnt help help moving my head a lil bit while getting the cut, but she was just rude about that, telling me rudely to keep my head straight. Its the supercut at s Michigan avenue. Never go there unless u wanna see a person getting out her frustrations over u using the trimmer. She never even bothered to comb my hair

Don’t go to white rose leeds, I’m almost scalped now from trying to disguise the missing chunks, they ignore what you ask for, it’s the worst cut of my life and I’m not young.

I walk in already waiting an hour, then when I was next in line the barber called up another person.I was so frustrated not only have I wait for an hour the completely ignored me too.

10/11/2019 I went to Supercuts with my daughter. The stylist was a very nice person, she did great highlights at my daughter’s hair, but I also payed for straighter dry. She can not use straighter iron. I had to redo it at home. Also I did color my roots with straighter iron dry. She couldn’t do either. My hair ( which I dye blonde ) ame out like a light brown. I had to buy L’Oréal excellence 10 and did myself, which turned up great. Also again the straighter iron, she couldn’t do it. Was horrible. I end up paying almost $200 for a really crap job.

I am so upset... I went for a simple haircut didn’t even get blow dry when I tried flat ironing my hair today it looks awful different length etc. I went back and they tried fixing it but just looks aweful

This haircut is really poop. The back of my head looks like a taco shell. And my sideburns look like a step stool. My hairline looks like a mountain range and I am very disappointed.

I don’t think I’ve ever been this upset in my life. I went in wanting a TRIM. And I proceeded to hold my fingers and inch and a half apart. The woman, decided she was going to cut off 8+ inches of my hair. I had explained previously , how I didn’t want layers and I hated having short hair. Yet the woman did it anyways. When hair is the only thing about yourself you liked, this is more than just a bad haircut.

Black woman denied service at Supercuts. On Sunday, Sept 8,2019 i went into my community SUPERCUTS. All seemed well as i sat down relaxed and waited 30 minutes for my turn. My name was called i was excited! But my excitement turned to a crushing end when a stylist, Natomi, asked "what can i do for you?" I said . I would like a pixie cut. She then said, "whats a pixie cut?" I said, "oh? If you don't already know what that is, thats ok. I will just take a lineup." She said, "i will know after you tell me." I said a lineup is fine. She then said, " i see you don't feel comfortable, and i don't feel comfortable, i am gonna have to ask you to leave." I said, i just came for a haircut like all these people in here to have a positive experience, im confused? She then said, " I'm going to ask you to leave my chair." I leave her chair and walk out and the door man said? What happened? I said.. "discrimnation happened. " He, the door man/owner of the franchise, named Nick, said..."Don't come back here again!" And began dialing on his phone to call the Allen police on me. I said, your calling the police? When i was the one discriminated against in your establishment? For what? He began talking on the phone to 911 dispatch, because he took down my license plates.
