i went there one time and i asked for a slight trim on the sides and a edge up she said idk what an edge up is i said nvm just a low fade and i ended up going bald later that day because i hated the haircut so much.

Hi we have just been to the supercuts in white rose this is twice in two weeks First time we went we were turned away at 7.00 there as the woman said she had to cash up and can’t cut my sons hair as two staff have gone home on sick which didn’t sound right as we called up 20 mins ago and I even mentioned that the closing time was 9 but still she insisted she has to pick her daughter up. Today we went at 6.45 again for my sons hair cut to find a lady sitting there having her hair blow dried one customer waiting and I said we were here for my sons haircut . She yelled back saying Shes not cutting any more hair as she’s on her own , I said we are happy to wait but she refused to cut hair once again as she was on her own. She said the company has issues and told me if I was that desperate there was a barbers near the bus stop . This is the 2nd time we have travelled 9 miles to get reduced again . Is it because of our skin colour or the business is incapable of running after 5.00 . I am really disappointed by the staff named Annette who was very rude to us today . we called up before we went today and still was turned away . can you please explain why we are getting this kind of treatment .

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten! All I wanted was a trim and a tidy shape around my face my hair has ended up being half a bob and half long hair I’m living a nightmare!!

the worst and most horrible experience in my whole life, I came to request a cut and wax the eyebrows which the cut was not as I wanted to correct the girl and the eyebrows terribly left me uneven one shorter than another and to finish off I rip the flesh from my flashes when I left the room, my eyes were very irritated, I was unhappy and did not tolerate the pain the next day I woke up with both eyelids peeled with scarring

I went to Supercuts at Alafaya, Orlando, next to UCF. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!! I cut my hair on Sunday and then came back on Monday for color (my roots were showing and I needed to get both highlights and a mild toner). First, after having talked with the manager the day before -she told me she would attend me- a man took me in. From the first second I could tell he had absolutely no experience, yet I trusted the salon. It was so uncomfortable to get them done!! After hours of sitting down (sometimes it got to a point where it was painful), even with my hair still wet I saw that the highlights were nothing but gold: THEY WERE BRIGHT YELLOW. Seeing this, the manager came and put a toner in. They didn't blow dry my hair because it was $20 (as if the $130 that I had to pay were not enough), and I left thinking it was okay. By the time my hair dried I was was HORRIFIED: My hair was BRIGHT ORANGE. BRIGHT. ORANGE. I wen in and complained about it the following day, telling the manager that they had destroyed my hair. Her response? "Oh no we didn't destroy it! It is not burnt!". I am not kidding about this, the place is absolutely ridiculous. Plus, according to the salon's policy, I cannot get my money back, I can only get it fixed. Yeah right, like I would EVER trust these individuals with my hair EVER again. I had to go to Color Bar Salon, which is right next to it, and got it fixed as much as possible but had to pay an extra $150. These ladies are so much nicer, much more professional! PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO TO SUPERCUTS!! It is definitely the WORST salon I have ever been to.

The Temple Valley location has recently become an aberration, primarily due to the current staffing. Granted,this is a tough location to make a profit, but abusing the reputation and reliability of established procedures is not a path to improved profitability. Oct 31, this outlet closed early to "celebrate " the holiday...Haloween???when did Haloween become a holiday that warranted early closure? This morning, I attempted to make an appointment, but was told that the a schedule was full until 1045. Fine, but when I attempted to book 1045, I was told to just walk in. When I asked why I could not leave my name, I was informed that "they" were not taking any appointments. If that is the case, just say that; I don't need to jump though hoops unnecessarily to get the point.

Worst place ever! Rude rude staff!! I called to say I was charged for something they didn’t tell me about, and he goes so you wanted a braid free? Then I said I won’t be back and he said good I’m glad you won’t be back and hung up on me. Unreal!!! Thanks Joey in buffalo grove!!! Hope you are teaching your kids how to be this rude!

I said a trim.. 5 inches later Im mad as hell!!!! I asked for highlight.. They said oh it's expensive..as if I was poor!! Degrading embarassed and disgusted.
