I have been hiding my hair after I had a haircut at a supercut in Garner NC. it should be called a massacre, not a haircut

I said Beyoncé they gave my Caillou. Having me half dead almost cut my ear with that damn scythe. Yelled at me for complaining I swear the die they will go straight to Hell and get haircuts from their souls.

This place is absolutely awful! I asked to cut off my split ends, around 4-5 inches, and the lady literally cut off 10 inches of my hair. Words cannot express how angry I am. She ruined my hair. The lady was very inexperienced and was not apologetic. Definitely not going here again! I regret ever going to Supercuts.

I went in for my daughters haircut as she turned 1 yesterday (I have been to supercuts previously to get her hair done and had a good experience) but this time around I had a rude women who kept moaning that my child would not sit still and instead of being patient and giving her time to settle she kept spraying water on my daughters hair n kept irratating her, instead of just neatening her fringe she cut it really short when I had told her I just wanted it all levelling not cutting short, she ruined my daughters her that aswell on her bday she just did it so quick within 5 mins or less like she wanted to get rid of us, so fuming won’t ever go there again. My own mistake seen as her own hair looked like look she thought she’d ruin my daughters, this is meadowhall Sheffield the permed hair women don’t even bother getting your hair done from hair. I have never come across someone so rude and she was shouting instead of talking quietly which annoyed me so much

The place stays open late thats a plus. And every time i go there i regret it.

My girlfriend went into super-cuts and she wanted a trim and some layers, she left with a uneven and 2 1/2 inches off, they are a zero, a girl or anybody should not go into this place unless you want to leave super unhappy, Supercuts deserves a zero and for sure less service.

I went into Super Cuts today wanting a short trim with long, very subtle layers. I wanted only 1/4 of an inch cut off. Instead I walked out with 2 1/2 inches cut off with very uneven layers and all hair being uneven. It looked like a two year old took scissors to my head. In my opinion, the people that work there rush what they’re doing and don’t care about the quality of their work. I think super cuts is a zero.

My granddaughter's hair was messed up so badly that I had to fix it it was uneven and her bangs looked like they were side bangs when they weren't supposed to be to me Supercuts is a zero
