TERRIBLE! the people there work so lazy and don’t follow the directions you give them. If your planning on getting a haircut there then don’t because they leave your hair SUPER uneven and messy. 0/10 never going again.

I this was this girl who didn't do my hair good, one said was really short, and the other long. She was really bad at her job

Recent haircut in NE side of Tucson AZ. Wanted cut to included razor and thinning it out as well. Haircut was cut too close on the underside but left uneven in the middle and on top. Hair struck out. Don't lay down at all on one side. Very unhappy. Stylist don't seem to notice or care. Today jan 22 I had to paid another stylist to fix it.

I feel rushed ea time I;ve gone to Supercuts for a cut even at times they are obviously NOT busy. They spend all of five minutes on me & my haircut winds up looking like 10 prs of scissors went wild on me. Cuts are always uneven, so choppy looking. I learned I'm better off going to a more expensive salon for my needs.Overall, I truly believe hairdressers working for Supercuts are trained to cut hair in five minutes or else they're out of a job.

worst customer service, said open til 7pm, drove 20 minutes to get there before close and 10mins before close of business refused service saying I'm not taking anyone else with an empty salon!?

Worst sevice ever will not go back there they need to let you know how long it will be hair stylist was rude did not tell me there was on line customer's coming after I was already waiting will take my business elsewhere

SUPER TIME WASTE.
