AWFUL!!!!!!!! my daughter went in to get their haircut after a couple months of lockdown so their hair had grown quite a bit, they should a photo of short sides and a long fringe. They said it would be fine to do and had it done straight away which I thought was good! A couple minutes later my daughter came to me CRYING and when I asked them to show me, THEIR FRINGE WAS ABOVE THEIR EYEBROWS!! the photo had the fringe to just below their nose and my child’s fringe was so short it was hard to even believe! They have school in the next two days and is devistated because they have to go back with THIS HAIRCUT! I’m applaud at how incompetent they were at following a basic style and the photo was VERY clear at how they wanted it done! The people working there were lovely but HORRIBLE at giving haircuts!!!! I do not recommend going there AT ALL!

I gave clear instructions to what I wanted for a haircut- she agreed to keep length and ended up chopping off 4 inches of my hair. During my haircut she left to attend to the phone and other customers because the manager and other employees were hanging out in the back room. Will never go back to Supercuts again. The hair cut looks good but they didn't even ask what specific things I wanted done with my hair. They also missed the lower half of my neck and left me covered in cut hair. Not worth $20 plus tip. I have better experiences and outcome at Craig's cuts for half the price

After several visits, this was the first haircut at the State Rd 7 Supercuts I was very unhappy with. I showed a picture and wanted a layered cut. Stylist cut it way too short. Only positive, I won't need another cut for a year. Very disappointed.

Supercuts not allowing for clients to see who is working by checking in and selecting stylists available. Customers must now call and interrupt the stylist to find out this info. Unproductive move plus it makes it look like stores may be closed. Early in Covid-19 I could check online for the stylist, then call to set up an arrival time.

I had a haircut at bluewater supercuts. They were friendly and helpful, however after coming home and properly looked at my hair, the cut was awful. I have long straight hair and the ends were all different lengths!!! It looked like it had been hacked at!! I now have to go elsewhere to sort it out.

The person messed up my hair again

I live in Chattanooga Tennessee, Supercuts is the only place for my fiance and I to get our hair cut. They cut hair very well, the only thing I don't like they talked to much, and not to me, they talked my fiance's ears off. They just hired a lady in her fifties, thank God, now I get her to cut our hair, before that it was all young women working there. When we used to go in there to get our hair trimmed, the women would not say a word to me, but they turn into a little chatterbox when my fiance would sit down in the chair. We didn't appreciate that. Oh you can't talk to the women, but you can talk their man's ears off? When people goes to Supercuts, they go to get their hair done, not to be flirted with
