This place is truly terrible. It starts with a rude and horrible manager who isn’t capable of managing an establishment. The level of disorganization is truly remarkable. This is a drive by fast food hair cut with all the professionalism of a third rate McDonald’s.

I went to the Supercuts in Layton on king street. The lady that cut my hair said she’s been cutting for 35yrs. The fade that I got was horrible. It was even on either side. Wasn’t straight lines! I had to go to another salon to get my hair recut! Very bad service

Arrived 6 min late after making a wrong turn, and they didnt let me keep my appointment. That after waiting so long for them to open due to Covid19. And then the store was empty for a half hour anyways. Bad service! That's the Mahawa located

I Went to merry hill just before lockdown my 15 year old daughter wanted her hair dyed she has shoulder length hair I asked them how much they said £120 without a cut I couldn’t believe it ,

I went into supercuts in Bristol 9 months ago. The woman was an absolute nightmare whilst cutting my hair, the sound of the scissors was scraging She kept forcefully turning my head and she totally wrecked my hair I asked for a simple trim and she really didn't know what she was doing. I stupidly paid and had to have it cut 2 days later into a Bob from hair past my breasts. She ruined me she was foreign and I said to her she was doing it wrong and she replied you tell me where to cut it then which obviously was quite nasty. I was hesitant to go in because of there bad reputation and I wish I would have listened to my freinds. They are dated and totally out of touch, I urge you to avoid as my hair still has another year to grow to get the length back. Absolutely unacceptable.,

The color specialist didn't brush my hair prior to applying color, she didn't use foil in my hair, she started with my roots instead of my ends and working her way up to my roots. After having color in my hair for 2o minutes, she came back to use a comb and tore out a good chunk of my hair. After all was said and done, I ended up with partial color in my hair and out $70. I had brought my mom to have a shampoo, cut, and style. The guy working on her hair only trimmed it. No shampoo and no full style. The guy only shaves guys heads from what I saw. Absolutely terrible!!

Cape Coral Fl. Pine Island Rd Rude Rude Rude got to appt. 15 mins. early, Forgot mask, opened door and asked if they had any or could purchase any. Was rudely told not to even enter building (twice) by taller blond, maybe mgr. Went home got mask and showed up on time to see my stylist seat someone right in front of me. Was checked in by my stylist, no mention of why the other person was moved in front of me. Waited 25 mins. and left with not as much as an apology. Will not go back and will recommend for everyone else to stay away.

I went to the Supercuts in Camarillo, CA, the stylist I got was named Sandra, showed her the picture of what I was looking for a simple a-line style short in back and long towards front. I asked if I needed to keep picture up so can see it, she said no as she knew the style. We'll my back was chopped short but not layered smoothly, it look according to my daughter a three took scissors to my back and my front was not angled long. Tried calling but no answer, so I went back in today and talked with the Manager Allison and she said it was done correctly, I just need to curl and blow dry my hair but she will fix what i think is wrong sometime on Saturday. When i left the shop after Sandra did i had relied on her to have it correct as i could not see the back of my head that well. I do not recommend this shop nor Sandra as a hairdresser, she needs to change her profession.
