Past 2 weeks went to the same Supercuts have been going to for almost 10 years. Second bad haircut and there won't be a third. Stylists are not what they once were, every week there are new ones. Contacted Supercuts corporate and they never responded. My family will be doing business eleswhere.

On 9/10/2020 My son went into the supercuts at 2162 Spring Stuebner Rd Spring, Texas. He asked the Stylist Rose Hai Bowman to color and trim his hair. First of all she didn't understand the request to dye his hair Jet Black. She asked him numerous times if he wanted it bleached and what color. After many attempts to explain the color she finally retrieved a color panel and he pointed out "Jet Black" After coloring his hair she asked how much he wanted off of his hair. He told her about an inch. He just wanted a trim. She proceeded to ... he beleived she was trimming his hair with the trimmers and did not realize she was shaving his head until she cut his hair up front. End result ... she butchered his hair and shaved off half of what she had dyed. He was very upset but, because he is a young gentleman he did not realize that he could refuse to pay for this butcher job. He paid is tab of $72. I spoke to the manager Belle Reyes and showed them picture and they refuse to refund his money. This young man started a new job the next morning and he is not aloud to wear hats or any head coving. He is completely humiliated and Rose Hai Bowman asked him to remove his face covering while she performed the services. I highly suggest you do not allow this woman to cut your hair. To bad I can not add picture you would be shocked!

My son went in for a cut at the Palatka, Fl Supercuts and they did not say anything about wearing a mask. They started his cut, and 3/4 of the way through told him he needed to put on a mask. Even though he has health issues and does not even wear one when he goes to the dr's, he put it on to comply. After a bit he could not breathe in it, and stated he could not medically wear one. He was told that he either keep.it on and have the cut finished, or he couldn't have it finished. I said that they started the cut knowing he wasn't wearing one, and plus he had medical reasons that he couldn't wear one ( although he tried to anyway). I suggested that they just finish cutting his hair, as it was close to being done. The manager told me he was now being refused service and proceeded to call the police. I understand they are at the mercy of the corporate rules, but that is extreme.

I walked in this evening to get a haircut for my 8 year old son. Not 1 customer. The employee said it is by appt only. I said " there is no one here" she responds "well i dont have any appts the rest of the evening" i said " well can i make an appt for 5 mins from now" in response i get "no, sorry".......i understand covid "mandates" which are not laws. But come on, you couldn't just make me an appt or tell me to book online for a few mins later? Never going back. Went down the road to a competitor walked right in and got my son a hair cut. Bye supercuts. - 5 year customer.

9/2/2020 the first day open in California due to Covid closure. PRICE INCREASE %31 at Stadium Center, Manteca, CA!!! My senior $16 haircut is now $21. I think this is taking advantage of the public and price gouging. Canceled my appointment. The government should stop things like this!

Went in to get my undercut done. The lady messed everything up. My lines are all screwed up... when she was finished and I got up and put my hands through my hair, you would think I was going bald..... so much hair came out. It was disgusting actually. She said oh I’m so sorry. Ya mhm ok lady. Do not go to Supercuts.

Will never use super cuts again. 5 times in two years after explaining in detail what type a cut I want, they didn’t listen. Tried reaching out and no one returned my call. Campbell River BC store!!

I had bad racist experience with supercut yesterday the one located in Lawrence ks in Iowa st, i just came walk in and they said come in after that a man call them to took an appointment. And I have waiting long time untle my turn the man came and they said he ganna be first and i get so mad because I’m came before his call and the didn’t tell me when i came you have to take an appointment and they didn’t tell me if any one take an appointment after me he is ganna be first. They was so Two racist because I’m Muslim women and the man was white American. I left the store immediately after loooong waiting and i wil never go to supercuts again 👎👎👎
