I went in for a trim and came out with 6inches gone, layers, my hair thinned and extremely shorts bits in random places! I was in shock, I’d been growing my hair and needed the dead ends off. I was speechless and the lady cutting it clearly didn’t listen and just did what she wanted.

Went in for a scissor haircut and the stylist sheered me with clippers. I have virtually no hair left. Worst haircut of my life. It will take a month plus to grow back

I feel I've had an absolutely awful experience at high Wycombe branch. The price when asked was £24 which included cut, conditioner and blow dry. I went for this but when it came to blow drying she stopped halfway through and said the price would now be £34. There was no explanation for this and when I said I wouldn't pay the extra as they had already advertised it as £24 ( on a massive poster in the window) they said they wouldn't finish the blow dry so I left the salon in winter with half wet hair. Very very unprofessional and wrong and I'm sure trading standards would not be happy Avoid at all costs

Booked online for an appointment in Uxbridge that had a £5 deposit. After waiting 30 minutes after my booking time had passed, the women said that I would have to wait at least another hour and that I would not be able to get a refund. The ladies were rude and the haircut was not straight or even and I was charged additionally for nonsense charges that I was not told about upfront. On top of that I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the salon let alone the lack of Covid safety measures. Will not go again.

I called and made an appointment over the phone. She confirmed my appointment and there were no other instructions involved. As I walk in to the place at my appointed time, a cranky woman comes up to me and said “do you have an appointment?” Yes, “did someone call you” (very snippy) No I replied. “ well she still not done with her customer you need to go wait in your car and someone will call you when we’re ready“. What the .... I thought. So 15-20 minutes later I got a call. Now, The girl cutting my hair was not the same bitchy girl thank God. The haircut I am satisfied with young girl did a decent job. I feel sorry for these people that have to be subjected to the verbal abuse and unprofessional conduct. So When I go to pay I asked for some shampoo and she says they only have the small bottles I mentioned that I usually purchase the big ones. she said “ we do have some outback” She returns with the big bottle of shampoo which I was very happy about. Then from the corner of the room that that same bitchy girl yells out “you can’t sell that.!” The nice young girl helping me look very confused and puzzled. I asked why can’t you sell it? And she barked back “we’re not allowed to”. I’ve always purchase product there. It appears that that woman was either the owner or manager and because of her rudeness and unprofessional way of handling customers I will never go back. I felt like I was being punished for coming in there. This is what happens with franchises like this. they hire young people out of school work them hard make money off of them And when they quit, they do the same again it’s a revolving door of being bullied and Hen pecked by these owners. At least this particular site which is in Belmont NH in the BELKNAP plaza. Never again!

I am very unhappy with my haircut. The lady did my haircut in hurry. I don’t remember her name. She booked me Before closing and another customer at the time of closing. She ruined my haircut. Also did not wet my hair before cutting. She asked me before But Was hoping for best results and believed her that wetting the hair before cutting them won’t affect my haircut. She finished my hair cut And styling within 10 mins. I am very unsatisfied with the service. I cant do anything before I get me new hair. Will never recommend anyone else. Sorry to say this. All I felt is she was trying to get rid of me as she has booked another guest.

We visited the Merry Hill branch of supercuts as we were in the centre and my two year needed his hair cut. There was no one in store and the lady said she could cut his hair. There were no price lists visible outside the store but the lady told me that it would be £12 for a trim plus a £3.60 covid security surcharge! This is where I am at fault, because I should have refused and walked out at that point because £12 for a trim for a two year old is expensive in our area anyway and the surcharge was outrageous, but alas, I didn’t have the nerve to walk out so I did the brutish thing of saying that was ok while seething internally. The lady out on a plastic apron, clipped her mask behind her other ear-it had been hanging off one up to this point, and put on a visor-not entirely sure this was £3.60 worth of ‘security’- and preceded to cut his hair. Granted two year olds must be difficult to cut because they don’t sit still, but my son has had some really good haircuts at other salons, but this is hands down the worst haircut I have ever seen in real life. I thought her style of cutting was a bit odd, but as his hair was damp when she finished and she had combed it, it didn’t look too bad when we left the salon. Once it dried the true horror was revealed. Honestly it’s awful. I never write reviews like this, but it was atrocious, no wonder they had no customers.

They suck they promised me that although 15 minutes late that I could still come on my scheduled time when I came it was like they had brain loss they completely forgot I called to explain my situation and just threw me out like garbage horrible don’t go there
