I went to the Berkshire Commons Supercut on radio road, Naples. Had an appointment. Brought a perfect picture of what I wanted. Michelle did a quick look and proceeded to chop off all my hair totAlly uneven & extremely short & a total mess in the back - my left back side was completely shorter than the right. I told her I wanted the length long in the back but shag layered. My front was totally uneven also. Had a long hair hanging down the right side of my face. I was supposed to take an important picture the next day but obviously couldn’t. Never had a worse haircut in my life. I’ve been getting them for 50 years. Avoid Michelle at all costs. She cost me a real problem because of the picture. It’s been over a month & my hair is still a mess. Other hairdressers there especially Amber are great.

Went into the salon with blonde hair and came out with orange hair. All I needed was to blend my roots better with the rest of my hair, instead my roots where bleached white and my hair went orange. I was told I could not get a toner as they did not do a patch test, but was never asked to go in for a patch test. When I booked my appointment via phone call the woman advised that all I probably needed was a good toner run through my hair.....yet when I arrive they tell me this was not an option. I wrote in a complaint as they overcharged me by £30 and I came out looking awful. They responded that they will refund £30 but only when the salon reopens which we have no idea when that will be! My appointment was at the beginning of December, we are now halfway through February and I still can't get my refund! They then proceeded to tell me that there is nothing they can offer for my dissatisfaction for the outcome of my hair..... They told me a complaint must be made within 14 days of your appointment including photos. No where on their website is this stated, I looked for over an hour. I took pictures of my hair only 5 days after my appointment and included this in my complaint. However, as my complaint was after the 14 days they did not care. I explained to them that my grandfather had just passed away, and dealing with a complaint was not on my priority list. We had to plan a funeral, celebrate Christmas and get through New Year. I'm so sorry if I didn't write my email in time (although how am I meant to know this if you do not tell anyone until after their email)?? My point to them, was regardless of the date of my email, I have time stamped photos of my hair less than a week after my appointment. Again, they did not care. I would avoid this company at all costs, not only do you come out the salon looking worse but they do not care about their customers. AVOID!!!!

Bad communication.. called at 1:00 for an appointment the woman told me to come in at 2:00 arrive there a few minutes before 2:00 and the woman told me it would be1/2 hour 45 minute wait why bother calling for an appointment never use them again

Supercuts in Westborough MA . The woman did not know what she was doing. She ruined my son's hair. Horrible terrible..... very desapointed. You guys need a professional hair cutter .

The Lady at the fremont, ohio super cuts spent about 5 minutes tops on cutting my boyfriends hair and it was absolutely nothing like the reference photo. It was uneven and hair was missing from places it shouldn’t have been. She absolutely didn’t care and made the haircut $20.

I’m a very angry guy with the Supercuts located at Sunrise Plaza 6895 E Lake Mead Blvd Ste 4 Las Vegas NV 89156. I made an appointment for 12:30 PM today. I know that doesn’t mean I just walk in, set down, and get my hair cut at 12:30. Appointments are intended to control the number of people that can be served at any one time. Having said that, I went into the shop at 12:30. One of the ladies asked me if I had an appointment and I said yes, at 12:30. She looked a little angry and checked the computer. Another lady came out and the First Lady showed her the computer screen with a look of “Really?”. The second lady said, did you make this apt on line?? I said yes I did. Neither of the ladies looked happy. The second lady said there would be a delay and asked me to come back in about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, I went back inside the store and see a new guy sitting in the chair waiting to get his hair cut. The ladies again said there would be a delay and to come back at 1:00. I left the store, got in my car, and drove home. I felt soooo bad and soooo badly treated. I’m a little at a loss to put this into the proper words. It was hurtful and humiliating to go though this. Is it because I’m a 65-years old guy and they don’t like cutting old guys hair? Is it because the new guy waiting was much younger than I was so I can wait because old guys have nothing to do anyway??? I will likely never know. I have been getting my hair cut here for most of the 20 plus years I have lived here. Now I will have to find a new place to go and I guarantee you, it won’t be a Supercut store.
