ATTENTION..Attention. On 3 of June 2021 I took appointment by online Hammersmith supercut which is was price for level 2 because my hair short and always keep short.i always used to go Hounslow and I know the prices. I paid already for deposit £5 and when I arrive she Kathrin M explain me she going to change extra for hygiene £3.60 . So when she finished job the manager charged me for Level 3 hair cut price and plus extra charge for shampoo and conditioner as she told me .so anyway I was charged £ 38.55 for wash cut and blow-dry and plus so much extras as they wonted. The manager told me I was charged extra because it was over time. That's redicules for making money.So People becafull when u going to book u appointment by online make sure how much there says u will pay that amount . Otherwise u will cheating by the even manager because poor guy looking for attention from salon owner I guess his working hard for it 😂 shame

A horrible experience was today April /13/2021 Tuesday at Hollywood Supercuts store GOWER GULCH PLAZA 6114 w sunset Blvd ph.323-962-3142 Be aware of the Armenian manager lady who is very rude , unprofessional and unbelievably let’s her clients to harass other clients To me one of her clients said “ you’re an idiot” while I was waiting on my husband to pay for his haircut at the register Feel sorry fir the staff and clients that they have to put up with this behavior day in and day out We will never return to this Supercuts This manager should be fired on the spot to letting this kind of behavior rule this store Horrible place to work

my own bloodline screwed up my hair, I asked for a trim and got the military deluxe cut, I will not be going again. looked like I did it in the mirror with my eyes close.

Girl was rude, didn’t blow my hair dry, had little interest in styling or putting in product. Had to tell her to straighten out my sides. At first it didn’t even look like she cut my hair. I will not be back here. I just wish we had decent good places to spend our money at. I hate these mainstream salons and the ppl now a days just suck!

Took my daughter for hair coloring. It looked ok when we left but the color has faded in less than a week. Waste of money and time. This is the one in Chula Vista.

It all started when a young mother came to the Supercuts to get her 18 month old son a haircut, she had a 3 year old daughter In tow. I was in the waiting area while my husband was getting his hair cut. The hairdressers told this young mother that her children MUST where a mask. The mother explained that her children were too young. The hairdressers refused her business unless her kids wore a mask. So the young mother left, took her business somewhere else. I voiced my support for the young mother while wearing my mask. Shortly after ( I still waiting for my husband) I pulled my mask below my chin to drink my coffee that’s when I got admonished. She said “that’s why the young mother left because she didn’t want any her kids to wear a mask so Yoy should leave too.” I said I’m not refusing to wear a mask I merely moved it to drink my coffee . Then a customer said , “ you should go outside.” Under my breath I said “you should go outside “ I know that was uncalled for but I was fuming at that point. I felt bullied by the hairdressers

Super Cuts, 485 N. 2nd E, Rexburg, Id 83450 Once again I called to confirm my hair color appointment, which I made a week in advance, to be told that I am not on the schedule, and even if I were they would have cancelled my appointment because they only have two operators. I then tried to make an appointment for the next day, to be told they only do color 1 day a week, and they could schedule me for the following week. BUT if someone doesn't come in they would need to cancel. There seems to be a problem with Supercuts in Rexburg Idaho, as they are not competent enough to do color as well as tend to their other customers. I was a 15 year customer of Super Cuts in Westminster, CA and never, ever had this problem, only in Rexburg, ID where I have been trying to get services on a regular basis for almost five years. The problem is that there is no Super Cuts other than Rexburg on my side of the state of Idaho. On the Western side, which is 4.5 hours away.

I asked for curtain bangs with layers. AND SHE CUT ALL MY HAIR UP TO MY CHEECKS!!!! That’s like a solid 8 inches.!! Don’t go. Just don’t.
