Went In to get hair trimmed and thinned left with hair all messed up,girl did not know how to thin , I now have very thin bangs all around my hair line. went in To complain mang was nice said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do about it well no kidding unless you can glue my hair back which is now ruined for years since that will take forever to all grow out, manager did give me my 15.00 back for the hair cut bfd my hair is ruined!!

I feel like they charge more than a regular salon for a partial highlight with 2 colors. I thought supercuts was supposed to be cheaper. The stylist didn't even quote me ahead of time so I spent $169 for a cut ($20 of the bill) and a partial highlight. Their partial highlight starts at $120 apparently for hair that is just past shoulder length. When I asked her not to bleach everything and add a second color she didn't mention that it would be more expensive then either. I wish the stylist would have told me instead of assuming that because I've been to salons to get my hair done before that I would not be shocked by the price. I was expecting to pay less not more than I've paid at regular salons. I have paid less for all over 2 color partial highlights, where the cut was more expensive. I called and she explained the prices afterwards and she said she just assumed I knew what it would cost. I am frustrated because I gave her a $25 tip making my visit $195.

My daughter wanted her haircut today and as most other places were full at short notice, she headed to Bluewater Supercuts with her father. The 1 star given is for quickness in getting her appointment and hair wash,cut & blowdry done the same day. Due to Covid her father had to stand outside the shop whilst her hair was being done like a spare part. I wander if this will change on Freedom Day tomorrow July 19th!? My daughters hair cut is a shambles the stylist didn't look at the pics My daughter had on her phone for her "wolf" haircut. She cut it shorter than my daughter asked for and when my daughter asked for 2 seconds of use of straighteners being used to emphasise the layers she told my daughter it would be an extra £5! My daughters fringe is wonky. If you don't want to work on a hot day don't, I would rather you shut then give bad haircuts! Money grabbing hairstylists! Clever mirror use showed not a bad hairstyle so my daughter thought. My daughter returned home and straightened it herself and styled it the right way as the hairstylist didn't listen when she wanted it blowdried a certain way as in the pic if she had bothered to look properly. The stylist even said she had never heard of a wolf cut. All she has done is put layers in! It's meant to be long at the back and short at the front and this was repeated over and over but the stylist ignored it.

What a joke! Waited 40 minutes even though checked in online. The waiting is ok, but this lady cut my hair for literally one minute. I’ve had haircuts, this was not a haircut but a quick trim off the ends. Very dissatisfied.

Personally id like to know who taught these people how to cut hair, the haircut they gave me made my head look so much like a big fat sphere that i had to put sheets over my mirrors. The chick that did my hair wouldnt give me the haircut i wanted even though I explained it 5 times, plus she didn’t even know how to get the knots out and had to call some other chick to do it for her. Absolutely terrible do not recommend.

Supercuts is very lucky that I didn't go for compensation my haircut was ridiculous chunks out of the fringe not cut properly only cut the back and not the front properly the front out of big square cut out the fringe looking absolutely ridiculous just think yourself lucky I didn't go for compensation this is the second bad haircut I've had off of this shop I gave you a second chance you've blown it I'm not doing it again

I went to Supercuts in Flowery Branch. The lady told me my hair was "grifo" meaning kinky. My hair is straight with some natural waves. She just didn't know how to manage it. She is latino. Usually I get beautiful haircuts there. Next time I will go to somebody else.

I arrived 5 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. I waited 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time. The shop did not open. Bad service!
