I went into supercuts Meadowhall with my 1 year old son for a trim on his hair, on entering I was advised I must wear a mask which I did they then refused to cut my 1 year olds hair as he wouldn’t wear a mask. How did they expect a 1 year old to wear a face mask which covers his whole face. Silly !!

Absolutely atrocious service and an incompetent barbers that are not qualified to be touching hair. They are slightly friendly but incompetent.

I have always gone to fix my hair in super cut but I have been visiting different super cut in Buffalo for a month, and none of them know how to use blower, they leave your hair wet I had to move to the beauty of the Dominican women who recommended me they are great.

I went to the location in Berea & had Mandy for a root touch up . It was a very bad experience. It started with her putting the cape on too tight & she was very bossy throughout.The color didn’t cover all the grey roots so she had to redo . I asked her if she was going to charge me double & she said no .When I was done she changed me $85.00 . I thought that was extremely overpriced. I will never go back there & buyers beware

there not good at haircuts. at all. they take 1 minute, rush, dont seem to care, and dont condition your hair either. my hair looks awful on the sides now. im not going there, ever again.

I ordered a hairdryer for my granddaughters birthday. Paid my money and had confirmation it would arrive by DPD the next day. Waited in.. nothing. Rang DPD they said it never arrived from SUPERCUTS. I tried to phone .. no number . Sent an email an automated reply saying they would reply within 5 days! After several attempts I got an answer saying it should not have been advertised they don’t stock the product it was an error ! NO it’s fraud. I then got a message to say my money should be returned in 5-10 days . It’s false advertising and this awful company fraudulently holds money unwarranted . Now have to wait and see if I get my £148 back .

poor customer service, pls do not go supercuts at twincity plaza somerville ,MA.I went for my appointment make me wait half hour and after that they say wait more someone else coming (who has appointment after me mind it not before me, she said if they donot show then they will start with me ridiculous ... Never never going back .What kind of service is this can someone please explain me I donot want to give even half star to them
