My friend was in last night she saw Alyssa to get a A line cut. Alyssa was not only rude but she cut her hair off and she left her neck all razor burned!! She is so upset!!! Returned next morning and had a different hairstylist try to fix it and she couldn’t. As I was leaving the employees were in the back with the manager and Alyssa laughing. This is a horrible place to go and the staff is not very friendly. Nadine I was the only employee that was sympathetic and helpful. Don’t let Alyssa cut your hair!!! She was fired and rehired I think that they reconsider her employment!! Does she have a license to cut hair!!

One star for poor management, usually have fantastic service, but have twice been turned away. 4pm on Friday 19nov despite sign saying open till 5 and there being no customers in shop due to staff being on own. Please change closing time to 4pm to allow staff to leave at 5. Again today made a special trip arrived at 12, was seeing to one customer, but because on own and needed lunch could do my hair. I am prepared to wait an hour +++my hair only takes 25 mins top. Again close shop at lunch time so at least I know not to go then. Very bad management leaving staff on own Friday pm and Sunday know this was pre covid as been going for 8/9 years. The flexibility that I loved has gone. Love the staff and system, but to be twice turned away in days is really not on. (Burton on Trent branch)

So bad the girl that works today in Friary Guildford said she is closing at 5pm but on their website closing 6pm. It's a joke!!!

I get what theyre trying to do with being the "top tier" franchise in haricuts, but to be honest theyre service just sucks, the employees at almost every supercuts ive been to are not professionals. Theyre either still in school or have thier own ideas of what looks good. I mean I know the type of cut I want, is it too much to just ask for a fade without leaving long haris randomly on my head? This actually happened more than once, needless to say I will never return to any supercut establishement. I think my cousing can cut my hair better at his house, no joke.

I had the most horrible experience imaginable. I went in for a wash and cut, and at the end which was not what I expected or requested, she simply dried my hair without using a brush or anything else, and left it that way. Who would do such a thing? Additionally, the fire alarm went off while I was still having my hair wet and we were forced to exit. I kindly requested that she provide me with a towel, but she stated that I was fine going with my hair in that state even that outside were 9 degrees Celsius. After we returned from the outside, she simply dried my hair and told me that I was ready to go and twhen I return home, I could apply hair products, use a brush, and this and that? That is what you are supposed to do! Never again. I don't recommend this at all.

This is an updated review from 9/26/2020. I walked into the Supercuts in White House a few days ago. Alissa and one other person were working on other customers. The other person stated she (Alissa) who has cut my hair several times to my great satisfaction would be right with me. This was not the case as I was totally ignored for at least 15 minutes. I got no wait time I got no hello I got nothing yet customers who walk in when I was in the chair did. I left I will not be going back. I am disheartened by this but I am very glad that business is so good at this location that mine is not needed.

I Went to the Supercuts in Fairless Hills, found out that my GIRL (Felicia) had left. I asked the young lady at the desk if anyone could do an Inverted Bob. She said, "I have seen Felicia cut your hair and she could do it". SHE CAN'T !!!!!!! while cutting my hair she was asking ? on how to do it done. IF I NEW THE ANSWER I COULD HAVE MY HUSBAND CUT IT. Will never go back
