I scheduled haircuts in two Supercuts stores in Scottsdale. Both time the store didn't know I was coming even though I set it up on line. In both instances I was required to wait for walkins. After waiting for 30 minutes I gave up and left. I will never visit Supercuts again.

I’ve been growing my hair out for years, finally felt so happy with my length, but now my hair is ruined. I feel so depressed over what happened during my last haircut at the UTC La Jolla Supercuts. Ashley, who normally cuts my hair wasn’t available and I reluctantly allowed Sheeba to cut it. I just wanted a trim, but she chopped off half my hair!! Regardless of me telling her that I didn’t want any layering on the sides, regardless of me begging her to stop cutting so deep into my layers, and that I preferred long layers- and even telling her that she was making me so nervous, she kept chopping away. She even argued with me saying she wasn’t cutting that much as I’m seeing 3- 4 inch chunks falling on the floor. I’m now left with literally the top half of my hair looking like a mullet. I wish I could post a side by side photo to show what my hair looked like before verses today. I’m so extremely sad and disgusted. It will take me years to grow my hair back.

Staff literally ruined my hair, I showed her a picture and now my hair is completely off. She wet my hair and went off the picture decent, but she cut my hair (WHEN IT WAS WET) to where it was supposed to be when it's dry. I don't recommend going here.

I have been calling for 4 hours to ask a Question. Nobody answers the Phone. And You CAN'T Leave a Message because their Mail Box is Full. Not a Good way to Treat Your Customers. I wanted to ask if my Favorite Girl was working and what her hours were so I could come in. They need to answer their Phones. I have been there and watched them take turns, so it CAN Be done. Thank You. Not very Happy with them today. Grrrrrrr.

I went on the supercuts website and it clearly stated that there is a walk-in service and no need for appointments. I therefore walked in to their Shepherd’s Bush store today and the lady told me that two people had made appointments so I cannot be seen. I asked them why they say on their website that no appointment is needed and it is a walk-in service and the lady in a very rude tone told me that she does not want to service me and that I should get out! I was speechless and left immediately. This was genuinely one of the most humiliating experiences I’ve had and I cannot believe supercut would stand behind such atrocious client service.

Went to the shop on rt 30 and pa ave in York pa at 9am on 12/18. Haircut took 90 seconds,no hot towel,no look at the back.worst haircut ever. Charged 18,should have been 14 ,wasn’t worth half that.never going back.

Hate that I have to give one star. Had appointment scheduled for the Las Colinas Plaza (75038). Arrived early to find out that the stylist (Molly) had to leave in 30 minutes. They could not explain why the computer allowed me to schedule the appointment. Please note, they PREFER same day appointments so this was not forgotten or overlooked but booked within 2 hours of arrival. #Supercuts #SuperNO

They aren’t competent enough to know how to use their own app or to use the phone to cancel appointments. I doubt they are competent enough to cut hair or clean thing as they should
