Very disappointed Never recommend sugar land location They don’t know how to cut Mens hair

The owner of Niskayuna Shoprite Plaza Supercuts treats customers like they owe her money!

Unfortunately the Supercuts in San Pedro on Western was horrible. My boyfriend got the monthly membership to the salon and it was bad .The women cutting his hair on the first appointment and only , first introduced herself by letting him know how she was expecting to receive a tip .Then she cut his hair shorter then what he wanted and was rude about it saying "Well Sir its a standard hair cut not tailored " she seemed to be in a hurry when cutting his hair and never talked or smiled during his haircut. It was very uncomfortable and awkward. Then he thought well let me try it a 2nd time just to see if maybe she'll remembers me. He couldn't even book appointment because the same lady answered the phone and said she was booked for the day and couldn't help him .He then asked if he can make appointment for the following day and the lady answered "Did you not hear me I'm booked " he said yes but would like appointment for tomorrow and she answered "Well call tomorrow I'm busy today and hung up" With customer service that bad my boyfriend canceled his membership as that location was the nearest to him . Very unfortunate that employees there are so unhappy at the salon . Day of call was 05/25/2022 at around 1:30 pm .

Don’t go here , read the many bad reviews and don’t let yourself give them the benefit of the doubt . There is a reason why there is many bad reviews sadly . I’ve been left upset and shocked at my experience . Find a proper hair dresser with good reviews preferably one that you’ve had recommended don’t take a risk with your hair .

Had a simple blunt hair cut 4/14/2022. All she did was WET my hair, blunt cut and blow-dry. She did not wash my hair. My total was: $42.90. I am 82 years old. I thought SuperCuts was reasonable but not this.

I have been going to the supercuts in boynton Beach for 11 years and today I was treated so badly I will never go back again. Ever. The staff was rude and just plain miserable. The female hairdresser treated me with mocking, rude behavior. I will never go back.

I have been going to Supercuts for several years. Not sure what the hell changed but the place I went to closed and I tried a different place. WTH, I have never had a worse haircut in my life. I should have had my husband cut it. It was cut at least 3 inches shorter than what I asked. I can’t style it and I hate the back. Then after paying 22 dollars the tip request the smallest amount was 7 dollars, on a 22 dollar haircut. That is absolutely insane. I agree the stylist should make more money but I do not think It should land completely on the back of the client. With this being said I will try Fantastic Sams or any other discount hair place I can find. Or like I said my husband could do a better job with his eyes closed. You in your greed have lost a long time client.

I went in the East Nine Mile store in Pensacola for a trim. Sammie almost shaved me bald even my little granddaughter said it looked like a mohawk. I am so devasted I am now going to have to buy a wig to go out in public until this grows out.
