Absolute horrible experience. Not only did the girl Kirsten of Wilton Mall Supercuts dye my hair free Shades Darker than what I wanted. When they called me back Supercuts told me that I have to still pay an additional $100 with 20% off to highlight and fix the problem that they created on my hair. I am furious right now that is unacceptable

My whole experience was terrible when I got there it was okay but then I sat down in the chair I showed them quite a few pictures of what I wanted I had her first haircut the same haircut before but I just got it completely bashed it was a pixie cut and I got beautiful stacks and everything from Supercuts before and all of Sunday Services just draw I can't believe how terrible service I got with it made me look like at a boy's haircut even though I specifically asked for certain things like over the ear and long bangs and it got fixed really short bangs in way under the ear oh well I would suggest not to go to Supercuts and find somewhere else to go I'd rather pay 50 bucks for a professional to do it then go to Supercuts we took the lady $5 because he felt bad but we really wish we didn't she and she was bluffing chit-chat he done stuff before like this and it just hurts so bad after I came home I had to cut off some several long hairs myself and when we were still at the store I actually had to ask the lady even it out cuz everything was so choppy

So I went to supercuts and the lady took me in and I told her what kind of hair I wanted and I told her twice for good measure and frankly she didnt give a dam and went and ruined my hair for 30 minutes + cutting my ear with scissors

Supercuts Brookstone Acworth GA -- This was the worst haircut I have ever had. I am not sure if it was intentional or just lacking in skill. The prices have gone up substantially.

Just wanted a haircut the girl was going so fast she dropped the razor and hit me in the eye didn't do eyebrows didn't talk to me but was throwing the bull with other employees I said you smacked me in my eyes and all she said was she's glad it didn't hit the ground or she would be crying. Prices were 17 before now they are 24 dollars I asked her to slow down and she said she has been doing it for a long time never again

The last time I was at Supercuts in West Roxbury MA, it was terrible. When I pointed out my hair was uneven Marianna (the stylist) said "I don't have time for this." Meanwhile, there was no one waiting in the salon. It honestly took her less than 5 minutes to destroy my hair. Terrible. Please make sure they are certified before they are hired.

Super Cuts at Hamilton Mill in Georgia is a place to stay away from. I was 5 minutes late for an appointment and Amber yelled, you late, I took somebody else. She then pointed to another lady, who did not smile and said she will cut your hair. I should have walked out, I did not. The cut took 6 minutes and my dog looks better when he comes home from the groomer. Nobody even said good-by. To many places to get a hair cut, this place is BAD
