Superco 皇都電器Reviews of superco.com

Very reliable service and products. Initially I am a bit hesitant to order from Superco since I am not familiar with this store and they offer lower price comparing to other well known stores. I received my high end model of Zojirushi rice cooker NP-NWC10 and I am so happy with my purchase, then I make another purchase for friend and family which all are very satisfied with the products and delivery. I will definitely revisit the store if I have anything to shop in future.

Very good price

It was quick and the product was perfect for my needs!

Great experience ordering rice cooker. Order was shipped quickly and received in great condition. In addition, price was much better than many other online retailers. I would order from Superco again gladly.

Delivered the product on time, excellent work.

Superco clearly a superb store. quick and no drama kind of service. The package came in on time and delivered with quality. Satisfied customer.

These guys are super responsive. I recently bought a pricey rice cooker from them, only to discover the same item significantly cheaper on Amazon. I emailed them and within one business day, they had processed a refund on the price difference. I'll definitely consider them for appliances in the future.

Superco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Not to mention, they had the best deal on the Zojirushi water boiler and free shipping. Why would you not go with them? Shipping took about a couple of days (but only because they were waiting for stock to come in), but from shipment to delivery was less than 5 business days to TX. Take a look at Superco, tbh I've never heard of them before this but I'm glad I took a chance on them.
